Surfacing online six days ago, here is the first leak from hip-hop beatmaking maestro The Alchemist‘s forthcoming compilation album, Russian Roulette. Entitled “Flight Confirmation”, the cut sees Alc and ScHoolboy Q link up once again (he produced “My Homie” on Habits & Contradictions) while Danny Brown flexes his lyrical muscles over the beatsmith’s sublime sounds for the first time.
The chemistry here sits at just the right balance and is the perfect opening to what will be another epic record from one of rap’s most under-appreciated producers. Russian Roulette drops July 17th.
