Wiley f/ Chip – “Reload” | New Music

One of the more anticipated tracks from the ‘Grime Godfather’ Wiley‘s forthcoming album The Ascent got it’s radio debut last night on Annie Mac‘s BBC Radio One show.

“Reload”, the third official single from the East London pioneer’s latest LP, features Grand Hustle’s ‘London Boy‘ Chip (formerly known as Chipmunk) and sees both emcees delivering verses over a dance music infused backdrop. Check it out below.

This is not what I expected or personally wanted to hear from Wiley and Chip at all. I like their verses but the instrumental and the cheesy chorus ruin it for me. But that’s just me opinion and it will most likely shoot to the top of the charts *Sigh*.
