Wu-Tang Clan – “Six Directions of Boxing” | New Music

We’ve heard a lot from RZA lately, but there’s no sign of let-up from the multi-skilled grandmaster, as excitement for his directorial debut builds.

In addition to The Man with the Iron Fists’ official soundtrack, which drops on October 23rd, fans can now get their hands on a special, limited edition set of Iron Fists music. The collector’s set, which includes five CDs, two vinyl records and two posters, can be purchased alongside the standard soundtrack here, and it drops a day earlier.

Even more excitingly, RZA has released a bonus Wu-Tang track to go with this new collection, and you can listen to it right now. The track, named “Six Directions of Boxing” (after a martial arts film I know nothing about, but will now watch), includes appearances from both Ghostface and GZA, and is a welcome return to the Shaolin sound. Whilst it’s a shame that we can’t hear from some of the other Wu-Tang members, it’s still a treat to be invited back into the chambers.
