Having recently released a two-track EP by the name of Dolors, 16-year-old Orlando-based producer Marcel Everett aka XXYYXX further cements his role as one to watch with his latest offering, “Faces.”
Despite its unmastered status, the track offers a glimpse into its creator’s genre-bending capabilities. Undeniably less floaty than his previous offerings, the soft female vocals make themselves at home over bouncy, glitchy sounds — supremely hypnotic to say the least.
