For date number 13 of their 22-date The Groovy Tour, TDE reps ScHoolboy Q and Ab-Soul blew into Chi-Town’s Reggie’s Rock Club to give the Windy City a reason to celebrate a Tuesday night.
Though only comprising half of Black Hippy, the dynamic duo put on a 100% show, running through songs from Q’s Habits & Contradictions and Soulo’s Control System.
The crew at Chicago’s own Fake Shore Drive was kind enough to provide footage from the show, including performances of “SOPA,” “There He Go” and “Hands On the Wheel.” The Top Dawg tag team even showed love to local phenom Chief Keef by exiting to the buzzworthy MC’s “I Don’t Like.”
