In a one on one interview with Skee.TV‘s DJ Skee, the artist currently known as Snoop Lion explains the reason for his reconciliation with ex-Death Row Records boss Suge Knight.

With an ongoing feud that spans back to when Snoop decided to jump ship from Death Row to Master P‘s No Limit imprint, Suge Knight and Snoop have had a very publicised hatred for one another going back to as far as 1997. However, a recent photograph of the two together in a club showed Snoop smiling throwing up his fingers with Suge in between the Lion and two others with no signs of the two coming to blows.

Speaking to Skee about the photo, Snoop said, “I think time heals all wounds.” He added, “And then being a bigger man and being one who accepts responsibility and right or wrong, I like saving lives, I don’t like to take lives.

“If that means putting my hand out saying I’m wrong, I apologize and we be cool, I’ll do that as opposed to me going behind my back, pulling a gun out and getting somebody or me doing something vicious to you.”

Besides talking about Knight, Snoop also discussed his upcoming Reincarnated project and the collaborations on the album with both Drake and Diplo. Peep the video below.
