Swizz Beatz freestyles to “I’m A Boss” for LA Leakers Lift Off [Video]

Swizz Beatz headed west to drop a few free verse bars over Meek Mill’s ’11 smash “I’m A Boss” for the LA Leakers’ Lift Off show.

The New York producer, husband of course to Alicia Keys, does like to have a go at rapping from time to time, but I’m telling you Swizz, stick to the day job. This so-called rap is mostly just a collection of ad-libs such as #LiftOff and #HappyBirthday #EveryDayYourBirthday. The latter phrase is a reference to his hit single “Everyday Birthday“, which at least benefits from an average Luda verse and a club beat that makes nonsense like #Let’sWork work; rapping over a Jahlil Beats instrumental which Meek Mill murdered, there’s no escape here.
