The Weeknd has achieved a huge amount of success with his latest compilation album, Trilogy, earning itself a spot at No.4 on the Billboard 200 albums chart in the first week of sales.

The three disc project is said to have shifted 86,000 copies in it’s debut week and has garnered a positive reception amongst music critics and fans alike. On hearing the news of his chart position, the 22-year-old took to his Twitter account to express his appreciation and thank fans for their support; ”Having large confidence in my fans has yet to fail me. today is a celebration.”

Trilogy consists of previously released tracks from The Weeknd’s 2011 mixtape series, House of Balloons, Thursday and Echoes of Silence. However, the old material has been re-mastered and three bonus songs have been added for our listening pleasure.
