After debuting the first leak, “Andy Warhol” featuring Slim The Mobster, and an accompanying visual trailer for his forthcoming mixtape Popular Culture yesterday, XV whets fans’ appetites a little more as he presents this latest teaser clip, that sees Vizzy in the lab with producers The Awesome Sound and Omen.
With various material previewed in the backdrop, the Wichita-KS-hailing emcee elaborates further on the project, as he cites Warhol’s famous quote, “In the future, everyone will be famous for 15 minutes” as the conceptual foundation. Sounding like another winning mixtape from XV, Popular Culture drops June 15th, with his long-awaited debut album The Kid With The Green Backpack due later in the year (fingers crossed).
