Nike has blossomed quite the relationship with luxury department store Liberty over the years, bringing a luxe element to the sports brand, making the items more women-friendly. Having collaborated together on numerous footwear collections, this time around they venture into new ground with a luxury Destroyer jacket for women.

The jacket holds a lot of the classic design elements, namely with the poly-wool bodice with contrasting leather sleeves, all in a simple, yet strong, black colour palette – but the devil is most definitely in the detail with this jacket. The original ‘Lotus Jazz’ graphic print has been used to line the inside of the jacket, as well as on the ‘L’ insignia on the chest, and to add detail on the lower pockets.

An extra special detail that sets this design apart from previous Destroyer jackets would be the dual functionality, as the sleeves have been made to be detachable meaning you can wear this as a jacket in colder weather, or as a vest in hotter climates.

The jacket has been limited to just 50 pieces and is exclusively available in Liberty stores for £280 – if you want to get your hands on this beauty, my advice would be to get in there quickly.
