Supreme have slowly, but surely, cemented themselves as a staple in hip-hop fashion in recent times (a large portion of that credit goes to Tyler, The Creator, let’s be honest). And while any piece of fabric baring their iconic red-and-white logo remains a favourite for rap heads, the skatewear brand have teamed up with Memphis rap duo, Three 6 Mafia, and Hypnotize Minds, the record label founded by the group, for a selection of box logo tees for their Autumn/Winter 2012 collection.
The black-only line is headed by a tee emblazoned with an image of Three 6′s Juicy J and DJ Paul side-by-side – the Taylor Gang-repping half sipping from a double plastic cup (containing you-know-what) stamped with a purple rendition of the Supreme logo – with the words “666 Mafia Family” and “Kings of Memphis” situated below.
Also in the collection are more simply-designed tees featuring the Hypnotize Minds logo, and one baring an alternative Supreme logo.
The shirts go on sale this Thursday (August 23rd) at Supreme stores in New York, Los Angeles and London, while Japan will see a slightly later release of August 25th. The collection hits the Supreme online shop on Thursday, August 30th.
