Melanie Fiona x Tinchy Stryder Discuss Their Top UK & US Emcees | SoulCulture.TV

Currently working on her follow up to debut album The Bridge, Melanie Fiona was in London town last week and in her bid to find out more about our growing Hip Hop scene, she asked chart-topping UK rapper Tinchy Stryder for a guide to his Top 5 UK emcees.

In no particular order, he names Dizzee Rascal, Wiley, himself, Giggs [who also collaborated with Melanie] and Kano.

If you’d told me earlier this year that Melanie and Tinchy would be working together, I probably wouldn’t have believed you – but the pair recently recorded a song together for Stryder’s forthcoming new album, Third Strike.

Melanie Fiona and Tinchy Stryder are also musical ‘family’ united by their mutual relationships with Roc Nation [who manage Melanie and recently inked a business deal with Tinchy's company, TakeOver Entertainment].
